About Me
I have more than 3 years of experience in working with my clients in creating learning courses. I am passionate about designing, developing and facilitating engaging courses for the employees based on adult learning theories. I have prepared learning objectives to derive appropriate learning outcomes, instructor guide, facilitator guide and job aids. I have also created sustainability courses for the employees.
I have a master's degree in Human Resource Management & Training from the University of Leicester. My research was to find e-learning satisfaction of hybrid and remote working employees in Los Angeles. I chose qualitative research because it gave me the opportunity to interview participants from different industries and understand their e-learning experience. The research was based on Adult learning theories namely Andragogy theory and Experiential Learning theory
To create effective courses, I rely on ADDIE and SAM model. I also hold an 'Instruction design certificate' from ATD (Associate for Talent Development). I am fluent with Articulate 360.

I have an amazing experience of living in three different countries - India, UAE & USA with my husband and a daughter. This allowed me to explore different cultures and experience diversity. I enjoy traveling , and always curious to know what makes people happy. I like to read from journal articles to thriller fiction during my leisure time.
