Emotional Intelligence


It is difficult for employees to perform their work efficiently in stressful situations. Emotional Intelligence helps us to understand our emotions and effectively manage them.

The purpose of this course was to help employees overcome their emotions under stress. I designed and developed this course and instructed on Teams. The learning outcomes were:

  • Discover the impact on human behavior,

  • Manage emotions to develop workplace relationships

  • Develop emotionally intelligent practices to handle challenging situations

The content was prepared using Daniel Goleman's - Emotional Intelligence book.
